Hexcel is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Duxford, UK. This is a key role where you’ll partner with leaders, shape HR strategy, and support employees across the UK and Asia Pacific.
What You Will Do:
- Be the go-to advisor for managers and staff on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practice.
- Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, guiding managers through investigations and hearings
- Drive HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance.
- Support global HR operations across Asia Pacific sites (Japan, China, India, Malaysia).
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and coach managers to build strong, empowered teams.
- Design practical HR solutions that enhance business performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide HR insights and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications:

- Experience with stakeholder engagement; able to provide clear, practical guidance.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Solid understanding of HR systems and procedures.
- Effective communicator and influencer; highly organized with attention to detail.
- Experienced in facilitating meetings.
