Hexcel is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Duxford, UK. This is a key role where you’ll partner with leaders, shape HR strategy, and support employees across the UK and Asia Pacific.

What You Will Do:

  • Be the go-to advisor for managers and staff on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practice.
  • Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, guiding managers through investigations and hearings
  • Drive HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Support global HR operations across Asia Pacific sites (Japan, China, India, Malaysia).
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and coach managers to build strong, empowered teams.
  • Design practical HR solutions that enhance business performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR insights and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR and/or CIPD qualified (Chartered status preferred).
  • HR and employee relations experience in a commercial setting.
  • Confident advisor on best practice and employee relations issues.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement; able to provide clear, practical guidance.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems and procedures.
  • Effective communicator and influencer; highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experienced in facilitating meetings.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based. Hexcel (NYSE: HXL) is a global leader in advanced composites technology, a leading producer of carbon fiber, and the world leader in honeycomb manufacturing for the commercial aerospace industry.
