📐 About the role

As our senior gtm/sales recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our European go-to-market engine. You'll partner directly with our sales and marketing leadership to attract, engage, and hire the top-tier talent needed to expand our footprint across the UK and EMEA. This isn't just about filling seats; it's about shaping the future of an AI industry leader by bringing in the account executives, solutions engineers, and customer success managers who will take our platform to the world's largest enterprises.

You'll operate as a strategic talent advisor, using data-driven insights and innovative sourcing techniques to build robust pipelines of passive candidates. In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, your ability to move with urgency while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience will be critical to our success.

This role is based out of our London office hub on a hybrid schedule, and you will report directly to the vice president of talent acquisition.

🦸🏻‍♀️ What you'll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions

  • Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies

  • Source and engage high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools

  • Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we are building a representative and high-performing go-to-market organization

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation teams to align on role design and market intelligence for competitive offer structuring

⭐️ What you need

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI environment with at least 3 years focused specifically on go-to-market and sales roles

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-performing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders in competitive markets

  • Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape including compensation fundamentals and complex offer negotiation strategies

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey our mission and value proposition to highly sought-after candidates

  • High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously and pivot quickly in a rapidly scaling startup environment

  • Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline management

  • Natural ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders, challenge the status quo to improve our hiring practices, and own your results from pipeline generation to successful hires

🍩 Benefits & perks (UK full-time employees):

  • Generous PTO, plus company holidays

  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance

  • Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)

  • Fertility and family planning support

  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri
