Lead Tier 2 technical support for enterprise B2B SaaS customers: triage and resolve complex production incidents, debug Python and no-code agents, investigate integrations and APIs, build automation/diagnostic tooling, escalate to engineering, and feed product feedback to shape the roadmap.

Lead WRITER's EMEA customer success organization to drive retention and revenue growth, scale high-performing CSM teams, build a repeatable regional success model, partner with C-suite clients to deliver measurable AI-driven transformation, and influence product and go-to-market strategy across global teams.
