Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle for global accounts, from prospecting through complex, multi-year closes. Engage C-suite buyers, develop strategic opportunities, lead consultative discovery, coordinate technical evaluations and pilots, negotiate enterprise contracts, and maintain accurate forecasting. The role requires selling AI transformation solutions to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations while building executive relationships and driving net-new revenue.

Build and deploy scalable AI applications, intelligent agents, and AI-powered features in production. Collaborate with research, data science, and product teams; evaluate emerging AI technologies; and promote responsible AI through bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment. The role requires production machine learning experience, strong Python and AI framework skills, cloud and MLOps experience, and expertise in deep learning, NLP, and large language models.

Drive enterprise sales for WRITER’s AI platform across large-company prospects. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, generating outbound pipeline, guiding product trials, building business cases, developing executive champions, and navigating budgeting, legal, security, and procurement processes. The role also requires deep product expertise, customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and sharing product insights to improve user education and activation.

Build and scale AI agent systems that autonomously execute workflows and integrate with enterprise data, services, vector databases, search systems, and external APIs. Develop backend infrastructure, high-throughput APIs, orchestration, memory, security, and asynchronous workflows. Ensure reliability through monitoring, observability, testing, CI/CD, and fault tolerance. Collaborate with product, research, data, and UX teams, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and develop frontend tooling for agent management.

Build and lead application security for WRITER’s enterprise AI platform. Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, SAST/DAST and CI/CD security automation, code reviews, secure coding standards, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and protection of AI agents, data pipelines, and model training environments. The role also researches emerging LLM security threats and partners with engineering teams to embed scalable security controls.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise B2B SaaS customers, owning complex production issues from triage through resolution. Debug Python and no-code agents, investigate platform problems using monitoring tools, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, and escalate deeper issues. Build automated diagnostic tools and scripts to improve support efficiency, communicate technical concepts clearly, gather product feedback, and help customers use WRITER’s AI platform effectively.

Build secure, scalable generative AI services, applications, APIs, microservices, and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Own system architecture from proposal through deployment, develop React and TypeScript interfaces, and partner with DevOps on continuous deployment, monitoring, logging, performance, and security. Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams while mentoring peers and delivering resilient production software.

Lead high-impact AI product initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Shape multi-quarter strategy and roadmaps, engage enterprise customers, define requirements with engineering and design, and align cross-functional stakeholders. Own success metrics, navigate technical tradeoffs involving LLMs, agents, data, and platform architecture, and mentor product managers. The role requires strategic judgment, technical credibility, customer empathy, and strong execution across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces.
