📐 About this role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team in London and take ownership of the Writer Framework—a core part of our AI Studio. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for AI-driven technology and a love for working closely with engineering teams to deliver exceptional products. You’ll be collaborating with our talented engineering team (primarily based in Europe) to build, scale, and continuously improve the Writer Framework, empowering organizations to build custom AI solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll be focused on understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation and growth. You’ll own the roadmap for the Writer Framework and work cross-functionally to ensure we deliver the best-in-class no-code platform for custom AI applications. If you’re excited about working at the intersection of AI, product development, and developer tools, this role is for you!

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap: Define, prioritize, and manage the development and delivery of the Writer Framework, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.

  • Collaboration across teams: Work seamlessly with our European-based engineering team to translate product vision into actionable steps, from concept to launch.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Gather insights from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform product strategy and decision-making.

  • Drive product execution: Ensure timely and quality releases, manage the product backlog, and continuously optimize processes for better output.

  • Market research and analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to keep Writer Framework innovative and competitive.

  • User feedback: Collect, analyze, and apply user feedback to refine features and improve overall user experience.

  • Metrics-driven decisions: Define and monitor key success metrics, using data to make informed decisions and improve product performance.

⭐️ Is this you?

  • Experience: You have 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within developer platforms, AI, or SaaS.

  • Technical acumen: You’re comfortable working with engineering teams and understand how APIs, frameworks, and no-code platforms function.

  • AI knowledge: You’re passionate about AI and familiar with the landscape of AI-driven tools and applications.

  • Collaboration skills: You thrive in cross-functional environments and can communicate clearly with teams across time zones.

  • Customer focus: You have a deep sense of empathy for users and are committed to building products that solve their pain points.

  • Problem solver: You are solutions-oriented and enjoy tackling complex problems with innovative thinking.

  • Adaptable: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift, and new challenges arise regularly.
