As a Sr. Global Client Account Manager, you’ll sit at the center of Pinterest’s largest multinational advertiser partnerships. You’ll work across regions, brands and teams to enable multi-market growth, accelerate global product adoption and build scalable enterprise growth motions. You’ll partner closely with Global Client Partners, regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to turn global advertiser priorities into coordinated, repeatable impact across markets. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growing team focused on building new global capabilities and driving meaningful business outcomes. This role is highly collaborative and externally facing, and involves regular international travel and in-person work with clients and internal teams. This position can be based in London or Paris.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead global workstreams across priority accounts to coordinate planning, launches and in-quarter priorities across regions.
  • Translate global advertiser objectives into clear multi-market activation plans and align markets around timing, scope and priorities.
  • Build and run global programs that unlock new brands, new markets and new budgets across top multinational advertisers.
  • Partner with Product, Measurement, Creative and Marketing teams to bring new solutions to global advertisers in a coordinated way and support global product rollouts.
  • Identify recurring blockers across markets and design solutions that remove friction and shorten regional sales cycles.
  • Create global visibility across accounts by consolidating performance, scale gaps and growth opportunities into clear narratives and playbooks.
  • Support senior client engagements, global business reviews and high-stakes moments in partnership with Global Client Partners.
  • Help shift Global Client Partner time from operational management to revenue-driving activity by building scalable systems, frameworks and materials.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading multi-market or global advertiser relationships in a complex client environment.
  • Experience in digital advertising, media, technology or adjacent industries working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of how CPG/FMCG brands grow, both in theory and in practice, including experience working with large brand organizations.
  • Comfort with frequent international travel and working in a highly in-person, relationship-driven environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive programs, launches or initiatives that scale across teams or regions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including experience using data to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Experience building structure in ambiguous environments and turning fragmented inputs into clear operating plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior internal and external partners.
  • Comfort working across regions, cultures and time zones in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience.
