The Recruiting Coordinator manages interview schedules, candidate experiences, tracks recruitment progress in systems, and supports hiring goals across teams.

The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You'll Do

You'll also coordinate each step of a candidate's interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality interview experience for all candidates. In addition, you'll also:
- Manage Flatiron's dynamic interview calendar effectively, balancing candidate availability with interviewer schedules to meet our hiring goals
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews for candidates across multiple teams and time zones, managing the full interview cycle from scheduling to completion
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates move through the recruitment process smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), documenting all candidate interactions and interview activities
- Engage and foster genuine relationships; regularly following up in between the various steps of the interview process
- Adhere to all SLAs and proactively follow up with recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers for timely feedback and decisions
- Own end-to-end administration of take-home assessments, including platform management, candidate invites, reminders, and troubleshooting, while supporting broader recruiting operations such as interview training

- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordination, scheduling, administrative, or customer service role
- You are resourceful in managing scheduling constraints, prioritizing both hiring speed and candidate experience by finding creative solutions rather than simply extending timelines when faced with challenges
- You are proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and can quickly learn new technology platforms
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can professionally interact with all levels of the organization
- You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and can manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously
- You can maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- You have a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and aren't afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for others
Optional
- You have previous exposure to recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- You have experience with Greenhouse ATS or other applicant tracking systems
- You have some level of proficiency in German and Japanese
