About the Hiring TeamGame Research Center(GRC) is a department focusing on game industry study, game analysis, game design research, data analysis and game development supporting. We’re one of the world’s leading research facility in game industry, building a global knowledge tank to help our teams make better decisions. We’re looking for innovative and passionate team members who love all kinds of games and have insight about the challenging global market.What the Role Entails

Responsibilities

1. Track game market trends across Europe and the broader Western market, producing regular reports on genre trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments;

2. Support investment evaluation of overseas game projects, conducting market-level competitive analysis and commercial viability assessments on target titles and studios;

3. Monitor and analyze key game products on an ongoing basis, delivering structured product observations and market insights;

4. Participate in industry events and trade shows, synthesizing on-the-ground findings into comprehensive event and market reports;

5. Assist in building and maintaining market intelligence assets, ensuring systematic data accumulation and continuous updates.

Who We Look For

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience; background in finance, consulting, market research, or investment analysis preferred; prior experience in the games industry, especially in AI//UGC/Shooter is a plus;

2. Solid understanding of the European and North American gaming market, with familiarity with mainstream market data platforms and analytical tools;

3. Strong structured thinking and report writing skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights;

4. Genuine passion for games with extensive play experience, capable of forming independent judgments on product quality and market reception;

5. English as primary working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
