About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

What you'll do

You'll own commercial growth across one of Legora's most strategic markets. Combining your understanding of the Private Markets ecosystem with commercial ownership, you'll help leading investment firms transform how they work with AI.

This is a quota-carrying role with end-to-end responsibility for pipeline and revenue. You'll build relationships with senior investment professionals, lead complex enterprise sales processes, and help shape how Legora wins across the Private Markets sector.

  • Own pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of Private Markets firms, leading the full commercial process from prospecting through to close.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Private Equity and the broader Private Markets ecosystem by understanding their investment processes, commercial priorities and operational challenges.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations that connect Legora's AI capabilities to high-impact workflows, including due diligence, investment committee preparation, portfolio value creation and fund operations.

  • Develop and execute account strategies for some of the world's leading investment firms, identifying new opportunities while growing long-term strategic relationships.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to bring customer insight into our product roadmap, messaging and go-to-market strategy.

  • Represent the voice of the Private Markets sector internally, helping shape how Legora positions itself and expands within this strategically important market.

  • Own forecasting, pipeline health and commercial performance, using data to improve conversion, accelerate deal cycles and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

  • Help define and scale Legora's go-to-market playbook for Private Markets, sharing market insight and commercial best practice as we continue to grow globally.

What you'll bring

You're commercially ambitious with a strong understanding of the Private Markets industry. Whether you've worked in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Consulting or have experience selling into the sector, you understand how investment professionals work and can build credibility with senior decision-makers.

We're looking for:

  • Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Management Consulting or a commercial role focused on selling into the Private Markets sector.

  • A track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying decisions.

  • Strong understanding of Private Markets investment processes and the challenges facing investment teams.

  • Commercial ambition with the ability to own pipeline, manage complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

  • A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value for investment professionals.

  • High ownership and urgency. You proactively identify opportunities, solve problems and drive commercial outcomes without waiting for direction.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage executive-level audiences.

  • Curiosity, resilience and a growth mindset. You're excited to help build a category-defining AI company while shaping how Legora wins in the Private Markets sector.
