The new hire will join Hosto.ai team, building AI cohost that thinks, learns, and acts like a seasoned hospitality expert, managing entire vacation rental empires while hosts sleep.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React & Next.js, REST API, and Tailwind CSS/Ul.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to the entire development lifecycle from planning through to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through clean, readable, and maintainable coding practices.
- Utilize web sockets for real-time communication and data exchange.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years using React & Next.js
- Experience of incorporating AI into your development workflow.
- Proficiency in our technology stack: React & Next.js, SASS, Tailwind CSS, GIT, Socket.io.
- Upholding high coding standards and ensuring the team adheres to chosen architectural solutions.
- Experience with high-load projects and optimizing complex queries.
- Excellent communication, reporting skills, and self-organization abilities.
