About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, integrating with backend services, and delivering high-quality user experiences. This role suits someone who is comfortable working across the stack when needed and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Design and implement reusable, scalable frontend components and architecture
• Integrate with REST APIs and backend services, ensuring robust data handling and error management
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product teams
• Occasionally contribute to backend development (e.g., creating or extending APIs)
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in an agile, sprint-based workflow
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of frontend tools and workflows, including Node.js, npm, and Webpack
• Experience integrating with and consuming RESTful APIs
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices
• Experience with styling frameworks such as Styled Components and/or Bootstrap 5
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts effectively
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Java (Spring Boot) and backend API development
• Full-stack mindset with the ability to contribute beyond the frontend when needed
• Experience with performance optimisation and frontend architecture at scale
• Experienced using git
