Job Description

As a Senior Finance Commercial Manager for Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) at GE Healthcare Limited, you will act as a strategic financial partner to segment leaders and regional teams. Your role will focus on driving commercial growth and profitability, enabling transformation initiatives, and ensuring strong financial governance. You will provide actionable insights, lead planning processes, and support strategic decisions that shape the future of our AVS business in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions include (but not limited to):

  •  Strategic Partnership

    • Collaborate with segment leadership and regional teams to drive commercial growth and profitability.

    • Lead/support strategic initiatives and commercial rigor projects, including simplification efforts for Indonesia and other key markets.

    • Partner on commercial transformation projects and sales force effectiveness initiatives to enable sustainable growth.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for AVS commercial operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    • Deliver comprehensive financial analysis on sales performance, profitability, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

  • Performance Management

    • Monitor and analyse commercial KPIs, identify variances, and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and financial results.

    • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes for commercial financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GE policies and GAAP.

  • Communication & Leadership

    • Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and forecasting methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

  • Significant finance experience, with significant exposure to commercial finance.

  • Proven success in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within a large, complex organization.

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales cycles, and revenue recognition principles.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
