* The Senior Manager of Product - Seller Tools leads a team of Product Managers. This Product Management Team falls under the Business Transformation group and focuses on defining the long-term product strategy for our digital seller team. The Senior Manager of Product - Seller Tools role will be responsible for managing and leading the team driving the strategic direction of our products, from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. A successful candidate will need to be comfortable synthesizing a clear, logical, data driven narrative out of confusing, ambiguous and at times conflicting information.
* What you'll do
* Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional products.
* Analyze market trends, industry best practices. Customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategic directions.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team effectiveness.
* Champion customer-centric thinking and ensure products solve real user problems.
* Comfortable speaking, presenting, and demoing capabilities at all levels of an organization up to C-suite
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the success of product initiatives against business objectives
* Comfortable with hypothesis-driven feature development
* Empowerment of team members so they can own and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technology
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years if leadership experience OR 11+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years if leadership experience without degree
* Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in Salesforce (e.g. CPQ) and seller tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
* Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
* Capable of taking granular level detail and communicating information at a high level
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities demonstrating adaptability in meeting prioritized deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in PowerPoint
* Demonstrated ability to effectively present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding
* Track record of identifying process improvements and making appropriate recommendations Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Pay range: $ 154,000 - $ 214,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
