Senior Finance Analyst – Portfolios

Locations: Hemel Hempstead (UK), Wiesbaden (DE) or Vitry (FR)

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Finance Analyst to partner with leaders across our diverse Portfolios function, including Aviation & Critical Infrastructure, CBRNE, Cargo Inspection Systems, Digital, Industrial Innovation & Circular Economy, Marketing & Communications, Sales Enablement, Programme Excellence, Strategy and more.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of financial management for our global product portfolio, helping to shape investment decisions and improve product profitability. You’ll challenge assumptions, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality financial insights that drive business performance.

What you’ll do

• Act as the Finance representative in product lifecycle gate reviews, providing challenge and strategic recommendations
• Track portfolio performance metrics to support sales growth and margin improvement
• Build dashboards and reports analysing spend, forecasts and budgets
• Partner closely with Portfolios, Marketing, Programme Excellence and local Finance teams

What you’ll bring

• Strong communicator with excellent influencing skills
• Advanced analytical capability, with solid Excel and PowerBI knowledge
• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ PQE
• Ability to simplify complex information and make confident, data-driven decisions
