Your Mission as a (Senior) Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We’re on the hunt for a strategic-minded, growth-orientated, experienced (Senior) Field Marketing Manager to supercharge our UK brand expansion.

As Appinio’s (Senior) Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building awareness and driving demand in the UK market. Your mission will be to elevate Appinio’s thought leadership, increase brand presence, and deliver demand-generation campaigns that resonate with enterprise prospects. You’ll lead our events strategy, expand our media footprint, and create high-impact multichannel content to fuel customer acquisition, supporting Appinio’s ambitious growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the Charge with Events: Take ownership of UK events across earned, owned and paid. From identifying key external opportunities to planning and executing owned events that position Appinio as a thought leader and attract enterprise-level clients
  • Drive Local PR: Develop our local B2B PR strategy, elevating Appinio’s profile through tier 1 media mentions. Secure coverage and build new relationships with key media
  • Design Targeted Demand Generation Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, leveraging a range of tactics — including Account-Based Marketing — focused on engaging and converting enterprise-level clients
  • Create Engaging Content: Ideate and create data-driven, tactical content that captures audience interest and powers an integrated marketing approach
  • Optimise Performance: Track and analyse key performance metrics, using data insights to adjust and improve campaigns for optimal results and increased impact
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with all global marketing functions, sales, and research to align strategies and create a cohesive customer experience supporting growth
  • Craft Compelling Copy: Produce polished, engaging copy across all marketing channels with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in Appinio’s messaging

You will thrive in this role if:

  • You have 4+ years in B2B marketing, with a track record of strategies that engage enterprise audiences and deliver measurable impact
  • You are skilled in driving event strategy and executing successful events
  • You are active and proficient in LinkedIn content creation, with proven PR skills and a network of B2B media contacts
  • You are adept at tracking performance metrics, reporting effectively, and using tools like HubSpot for marketing and sales analysis
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing daily tasks with high-level strategic decisions
  • You are a strong communicator and team player with cross-functional experience
  • You are revenue-driven with a deep understanding of business success drivers
  • You are based in the UK

What’s in it for you?

  • Flexibility Policy - Our flexibility policy means there is no hard cap on the number of vacation days you can take.
  • Work-from-anywhere Policy - If you're based in the EU, you can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year.
  • All the hardware you need and your own MacBook
  • In case you’re located in one of the cities where most of our fellow Appinioneers are (Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, London, Madrid, Barcelona, or New York), you can get access to our Co-working spaces.

Kind reminder: Please ensure that your application is submitted in English.
