 Since 1996, epay, a business segment of Euronet, has been at the center of connecting local and global brands to consumers. We are dedicated to developing new distribution capabilities that serve customers' changing needs through our retailer network, helping our brand partners meet consumers where they shop: in physical stores, online, via mobile devices or wallets and through ATMs. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible to lead our enterprise customer acquisition for epay's Skylight in Europe. This software is cloud-native and available on all three major cloud provider marketplaces.

The successful candidate will be a sales leader with an exceptional record of prospecting new customer relationships in the enterprise compliance software field in Europe. The Senior Sales Executive will build a robust pipeline of new prospects and close a high ratio of pipeline leads. In addition, the Senior Sales Executive will work with the president of epay to increase go-to-market direct and partnership plans targeting revenue generation and growth. This role is remote.

Other responsibilities will include working closely with other Euronet entities to jointly prospect and close new business.

  • Prospect to proactively build a full pipeline of new lead opportunities.
  • Perform weekly sales preplan
  • Understanding Skylight’s technology build and ensuring customers are aware of base features
  • Act as point person on RFPs if necessary.
  • Act as market liaison, ensuring epay is informed of customer demand changes and suggestions to evolve the Skylight solution to meet market demands.
  • Ensure that epay technical program management is well equipped to implement each new customer and customer launches are successful.
  • Cold calling fintech and payment businesses.
  • Networking at trade shows and industry groups.
Requirements
  • Five+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the compliance software solution industry, specifically BSA/AML/Fraud
  • Proven ability to plan and execute outbound sales activities across the region to generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities
  • Deep experience handling major or key customers
  • CAMS Certification preferred
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient and demonstrable experience in creating value-based demonstrations and selling complex solutions
  • Experienced in objection handling and negotiating, and ability to write and direct proposal preparation; exhibit professionalism, experience and ability to interact with customers at the executive level
  • Excellent communicator possessing a positive, collaborative demeanor
  • Proficient technology skills (i.e. understanding of the financial technology marketplace and emerging trends within the industry.)
  • Travel as required to meet with new prospects, colleagues, or attend industry events
  • Ability to perform needs analysis & ROI analysis
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently with little supervision
  • Proficient skills in business, sales, CRM, and job-specific applications (word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, others)
  • Fluent in English
