Your role at Dynatrace

Ready to shape how breakthrough technology reaches the world? We're seeking a Product Communications Manager who will craft the narratives behind Dynatrace's major product announcements—from keynote stages to customer conversations. You'll transform cutting-edge AI observability innovations into compelling stories that drive market adoption and business growth. This isn't just content creation; you'll directly influence how thousands of developers, IT leaders, and executives understand and embrace this game-changing technology. If you're excited about high-visibility work where your storytelling shapes market perception and business outcomes, this role offers the independence, visibility, and impact you're looking for.

  • Own and oversee creation of high-impact narratives for keynote presentations, product videos, and marketing materials that transform complex technical innovations into compelling, accessible stories for diverse audiences
  • Partner with product management to align narratives with roadmaps while collaborating deep within R&D to uncover and craft compelling product stories that enable marketing and sales success
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, style guidelines, and content standards that ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels and touchpoints
  • Enable cross-functional content creation - Build scalable processes and templates that empower product teams to efficiently create on-brand content across various channels and formats
  • Rapidly absorb complex product capabilities, use cases, and market positioning to become a trusted technical storytelling partner across the organization
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery across all deliverables
What will help you succeed
  • 3- 5 years in technical product marketing or communications for B2B enterprise software, ideally in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains
  • Strong technical storytelling ability with a portfolio or experiences that demonstrate how you've translated complex technical concepts into compelling narratives across formats—keynote scripts, product videos, launch materials, and sales enablement content
  • Technical fluency with modern software concepts: cloud-native architectures, containerization, distributed systems, AI/ML operations, and how enterprises use observability and application performance management
  • Juggling priorities while maintaining execution discipline—you can architect a comprehensive launch narrative while simultaneously shipping a keynote deck and coordinating a script with video producers.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills navigating competing priorities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales—building consensus while maintaining creative vision and message consistency
  • Self-directed work style with the confidence to own ambiguous projects, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive initiatives forward without constant oversight
Why you will love being a Dynatracer
  • A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.
  • Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research.
  • A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.
  • An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.
  • A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.
  • A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all
  • A culture that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.
