Role Purpose Accountable for shaping and driving a client-focused product strategy across the end-to-end solution lifecycle. The role ensures product decisions balance client needs, service impacts, commercial outcomes, and platform priorities.

Primary Accountabilities |  

- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to platform strategy.

- Define and own the Client Journey and Client Management through out the Product Journey

- Own end-to-end solution thinking, ensuring product design considers delivery, service, client experience, and operational impacts.

- Partner with sales and business stakeholders to assess service components, support solutioning, and inform go-to-market and pricing decisions.

- Use client, market, and competitive insights to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.

- Monitor product performance across value delivery, client outcomes, service quality, and financial results.

- Manage product-related risks, escalations, and regulatory or compliance considerations.

- Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver against agreed business outcomes.

Leadership Expectations |

Act as the key connector across product, client service, sales, platform leadership, and delivery teams.

Make clear tradeoff decisions across scope, timing, value, and risk.

Drive accountability for outcomes, not just delivery.

Escalate issues early and support resolution across organizational boundaries. 

Success Measures |

Clear, prioritized roadmap aligned to business and client needs

Improved client experience and service performance

Stronger commercial outcomes, including revenue growth or retention support

Effective management of risk, compliance, and delivery dependencies

Better cross-team alignment and execution against platform goals
