About the Team / Role

As a key member of the International Mobility Senior Leadership team, you will partner with Commercial, Operational, and Technology teams to own and drive our International Mobility product strategy. You will create an integrated product vision, manage a team of product leaders and managers, and deliver innovative products that solve our customers’ most pressing pain points while driving high-value business outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute a bold vision and strategy for International Mobility products
- Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
- Drive measurable business outcomes and customer value through product innovation
- Develop strong go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, marketing, and sales enablement
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of inclusiveness, empowerment, and trust
- Collaborate across WEX to ensure product success, shared capabilities, and financial optimization
- Champion data-driven decision-making and customer-centric innovation
Experience You'll Bring
- Significant experience in product management, including leading complex product portfolios and launching innovative payment or financial technology solutions.
- Demonstrated product leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
- Deep customer-centric mindset with a track record of solving complex customer problems
- Proven success in delivering high-value business outcomes through new product commercialization
- Collaborative, inspirational leadership style with experience developing talent and high-performing teams
- Experience building scalable, shared capabilities and driving cross-functional initiatives
