We are pleased to offer our hybrid working arrangement, Best of Both, with 3 days based in our London or Boston office and 2 days working from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Set overall ambition, direction, targets, and capabilities for marketing performance
Inform critical marketing decisions and strategies through relevant, timely and actionable insights from marketing performance data and analytics
Collaborate with the global Marketing Planning team to ensure that upstream marketing plans and activations are guided by key learnings on marketing performance
Deliver strong commercial impact by enabling optimisation of marketing activities across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid touchpoints
Lead advanced analytics and data-science modelling and capability building, in close collaboration with our digital products team
Serve as strategic partner to key senior stakeholders in sense-making and driving relevant decisions and actions

Global Marketing Planning & Performance leads the development and implementation of the coordinated marketing plan across the LEGO Group.
We shape the holistic marketing approach based on consumer and shopper insights and plan and orchestrate activities across owned, earned, shared and paid touchpoints to address brand and commercial objectives.
Our team delivers performance data and insights for agile decision-making and closed-loop marketing.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven marketing experience, preferably with deep knowledge in marketing performance, data and analytics with other global brands, either as an in-house lead or in an agency capacity
Strong analytical and sense-making skills and the ability to transform complex findings to clear, relevant, timely and actionable insights, directions and recommendations
Clear expertise and knowledge of the latest marketing technology platforms and capabilities
Seasoned in implementing innovation and transformation at a global scale
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with advanced English proficiency
Previous experience working with Business Intelligence, Media Analytics and Data Sciences is an advantage
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate matrix organisational set-up
A well-rounded and continuous improvement mentality
