Provenir is seeking an exceptional operator, strategist, and business leader to partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer in building the operations behind our global commercial organization.

This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for designing the processes, governance, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment that enable Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to execute as one high-performing commercial organization.

You will help translate strategy into execution, establish scalable operating rhythms, improve decision-making through data and insights, and ensure our highest-priority initiatives are delivered with measurable business impact.

This role will define how our commercial organization plans, collaborates, measures success, and executes—building the operational foundation that enables sustainable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Strategy

  • Partner with the CCO to develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives.

  • Translate business priorities into clear, executable programs.

  • Conduct market, competitive and internal analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Build business cases and recommendations for executive leadership.

Build the Commercial Operating System

  • Design and manage the commercial operating cadence, including quarterly planning, business reviews, executive reporting and cross-functional governance.

  • Create repeatable processes that improve alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations.

  • Partner with internal teams and functional leaders to ensure the CCO has the insights, reporting and KPIs needed to make informed decisions and track business performance.

Lead Strategic Programs

  • Manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Coordinate senior stakeholders across the business.

  • Identify risks, remove blockers and keep programs moving.

  • Ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Help prioritize competing initiatives and focus the organization on the highest-value opportunities.

  • Facilitate executive leadership meetings that drive decisions rather than status updates.

  • Bring structure and clarity to complex business challenges.

Business Performance & Reporting

  • Develop reporting that provides visibility into strategic initiatives.

  • Consolidate updates from multiple teams into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership.

  • Track progress against key commercial objectives and proactively identify areas requiring leadership attention.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve how the commercial organization operates.

  • Introduce best practices for planning, governance and execution.

  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Experience

Experienced strategic and commercial operations leader who is excellent with executives, can organize ambiguity, drives people to decisions and action, and understands the mechanics of a SaaS commercial organization.

Required Experience

  • Experience in Commercial Strategy, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Chief of Staff, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or related leadership roles.

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior executives.

  • Experience designing commercial operating cadences, governance frameworks, KPI dashboards, executive reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

  • MBA or equivalent business education is a plus but not required.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable-credit decisioning platforms, fraud prevention and identity verification, financial crime and AML solutions, enterprise SaaS serving financial institutions, fintech infrastructure or financial services technology
