You will also have the chance to work with an inclusive and collaborative team that values innovation and data-driven decision making.

The Digital Marketing Performance Executive will oversee a variety of paid acquisition channels including affiliate marketing, paid search and paid social to drive new users into our market research panels across several markets in EMEA.

Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Leadership

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and local sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and growth targets.
  • Partner with the Global Panel team to define recruitment plans and evaluate media vendor performance.

  • Partner with our agency of record and internal Tech & Product Teams to maintain API-based attribution solutions (including S2S postbacks and event tracking) to reduce dependency on client-side tracking and mitigate data loss from browser/privacy restrictions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, validate data flows, and continuously improve attribution accuracy across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to identify optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and inform budget allocation decisions across markets and channels.
  • Oversee all paid marketing activities including paid search, paid social, affiliate networks, co-registration, SEO, and refer-a-friend programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance using site analytics, focusing on cost efficiency, quality of leads, and long-term user engagement.
  • Continuously optimize digital channels and test new ones to improve conversion and response rates.

Partnerships & Affiliates

  • Manage and grow affiliate programs and direct partnerships.
  • Identify, test, and scale new partnerships to ensure a high-performing media mix.
  • Negotiate contracts and lead supplier selection processes.

Budget & Forecasting

  • Own and manage the acquisition marketing budget, including forecasting volumes and tracking performance against targets.

Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work with internal design teams to brief and review landing pages, banners, emails, and other creative assets.
  • Identify and implement website and landing page optimizations to boost acquisition.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion a culture of innovation, always seeking smarter, more efficient ways to drive performance and scale impact.
Skills & Capabilities

  • Skilled in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting platforms is essential to effectively communicate performance trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and interpret large data sets to inform campaign and channel performance.
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented, with a creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experienced in forecasting volumes, tracking performance against targets, and making data-driven decisions.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
  • Adept at working in geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration across regions.

Education & Learning Agility
