Job Description SummaryThe Senior Designer – Global Campaigns and Assets will serve as a creative visionary and strategic leader responsible for the visual evolution of the GE HealthCare brand. In this role, you will translate GE HealthCare’s purpose, “To create a world where healthcare has no limits,” into powerful, consistent, and high-impact visual experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will be a hands-on creative leader focused on human-centered design, ensuring our complex medical and pharmaceutical solutions are humanized through storytelling that reinforces our role as a global healthcare partner. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, you will balance business objectives with creative excellence to drive measurable impact and improve patient outcomes.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Web & Digital UI/UX Design

  • Serve as the lead web and campaign designer, creating digital experiences that align with global corporate identity and business objectives.
  • Direct the UX/UI design for web and portals, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer journey across diverse digital segments.
  • Apply systems and design thinking to create scalable digital architectures that support global marketing initiatives.

2. Visual Content & Multimedia Production

  • Lead the production of visual content, including high-quality collateral, to support global product/portfolio strategies.
  • Oversee video and multimedia creation, leveraging storytelling to translate complex business goals into compelling brand strategies.
  • Develop interactive data visualizations and scientific visualizations that clarify precision care innovations for healthcare providers and systems.

3. Global Asset Strategy & Implementation

  • Lead asset globalization and adaptation, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all brand expressions globally.
  • Manage global brand governance by enforcing visual identity systems and messaging frameworks across all campaign materials.
  • Drive agile creative execution, using high-level judgment to handle complex tasks and offer new solutions to problems outside set parameters.

4. Design Excellence & Leadership

  • Maintain expert design suite proficiency, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high-impact, insight-driven work.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and creativity, empowering the team to challenge conventions and elevate brand expression.
  • Act as a creative advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on the visual implications of key marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Progressive experience in brand design, visual communications, or creative strategy—preferably in a B2B or complex global organization.
  • Proven track record in visual content production and UX/UI design, with experience in healthcare or technology industries considered a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design and brand architecture, with a passion for creative excellence.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar high-level design platforms.
  • Recognized for leadership and mentorship, with a commitment to fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
