The Senior Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for the design, development, execution and measurement of integrated lead creation and demand campaigns for Clarivate IP Solutions. Drive and accelerate marketing growth and help to ensure that marketing-impacted sales and revenue targets are met. Collaborate with key stakeholders within marketing, sales, and the business to grow demand at all stages of the marketing funnel, leverage content and a multi-channel approach throughout. Measure campaign performance throughout the campaign lifecycle and drive toward optimization through testing and a data-based, iterative approach.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • 7+ years in B2B digital demand marketing or similar positions
  • Proven track record of developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Ability to manage full life cycle of marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with ability to understand performance results and embrace market testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise and collaborate with other functions to achieve business objectives
  • Strong organization and project management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Lead development and execution of global demand creation and lead generation marketing for Clarivate solutions through integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Developing short-term and long-term demand strategy plans
  • Collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to identify target personas, leverage key value propositions and align on business needs
  • Partner with Sales to understand sales drivers, align on priorities and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration
  • Work with global field marketing teams on local application of global campaigns, understand local demand requirements, and support lead follow-up discipline with Sales teams
  • Employ appropriate marketing channels needed to achieve marketing reach and effectiveness; grow use of new channels to expand overall reach
  • Leveraging data and results across all levels of the marketing and sales funnel, analyse performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals and modify approach as needed
  • Embrace testing throughout the campaign life-cycle
  • Ensure that effective demand marketing occurs at multiple levels of the marketing and sales funnels, in cooperation with sales teams, to accelerate sales and revenue recognition

About the Team 

This role will report into the Director, Demand Marketing within the IP Segment at Clarivate working as part of a team of 4 Demand and Field Marketers as well as collaborating with the wider marketing teams within the segment.

   

Hours of Work  

Full time, 1 year fixed-term contract position on a hybrid basis in our London office 2-3 days’ per week.
