What we do:
The Data Partnerships team manages the integration and partnerships with our key data partners across EMEA. We are responsible for deepening our relationships with data providers and supporting their growth through the TTD platform, Kokai, and data usage evangelisation and enablement of partner teams, including business development, customer success, and product marketing. Our mission is to grow data usage across our region and enhance the sophistication of our customers' data strategies.
This role is focused on our emerging markets — Italy, the Nordics, MENA, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal — a set of fast-growing markets that require structured DP support to unlock their full commercial potential. The Emerging Markets Senior Manager is a centrally based role that covers multiple markets, working closely with local commercial teams, regional contractors, and the EMEA GM of Data & Strategy.
What you'll do:
Partner Development & Integration- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise the integration of new data partners across emerging EMEA markets, aligned with advertiser strategies and TTD’s growth goals.
- Own partner integrations and relationship management processes across your market cluster, including legal and contractual workflows.
- Ensure integration decisions are evidence-based and consistent, applying guardrails that reflect EMEA-wide standards.
- Drive data adoption and top-line revenue growth through partner integrations across target accounts in your markets.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement plans aligned with the EMEA Data & Strategy, equipping local commercial teams to have confident, sophisticated data conversations.
- Build repeatable enablement tools and narratives that commercial teams can use independently, without requiring direct DP involvement in every conversation.
- Serve as the primary EMEA Data Partnerships contact for your markets, representing their needs and priorities in EMEA-level discussions.
- Conduct regular in-market visits (approximately quarterly per market cluster) for partner meetings, commercial enablement sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Collaborate closely with local commercial teams, regional contractors, and SMEs to ensure consistent DP coverage and local relevance.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, messaging, and narratives with platform marketplace partnerships.
Who you are:
Experience & Background- 5+ years in adtech/martech roles, with experience in partner management, data partnerships, or a closely related discipline.
- Solid understanding of the adtech landscape, including programmatic buying, data activation, and the evolving data privacy environment.
- Previous exposure to multi-market or cross-border roles is advantageous.
- Strong partner management skills. Able to build trusted external relationships, navigate partner challenges consultatively, and execute with urgency.
- Cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively across commercial, product, and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Able to define and manage workstreams independently. Building work plans, setting milestones, and delivering against commitments.
- Growth-oriented mindset. Consistently focused on driving data adoption and revenue in your markets.
- Developing strategic capability. Beginning to connect market-level activity to broader EMEA and business strategy.
- Comfortable working with data to generate insights and make evidence-based decisions.
- Leads with positivity. Approaches challenges and ambiguity with constructive energy and a solutions-first attitude.
- This role requires regular travel across EMEA markets, including Italy, the Nordics, MENA, and the Netherlands. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent international travel as an integral part of the role.
- Fluent English is required. Additional European or MENA languages (Italian, Dutch, Arabic, a Nordic language, or French) are not required but would be a genuine advantage given the markets covered.
