Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.

Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.

We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.

With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role

Our Financial Operations team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Data Operations Manager to join us in London.

You will take ownership of the automation and optimisation of our data operations processes, managing the transition from manual workflows to scalable solutions. You’ll scope basic technical requirements and collaborate closely with our engineering team to deliver integrations that streamline how we collect and process data.

Beyond the technical work, you’ll be responsible for business partnering and communicating about the data’s accuracy and availability, ensuring data quality standards are met, and acting as a key point of escalation. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing a technical requirements spec as they are running a project plan or coaching a teammate.

There is the opportunity to manage one direct report, which can expand in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Operations:

  • Own daily revenue reporting, including data extraction, validation and transformation across multiple systems.

  • Pipeline Monitoring - You’ll check that our data ingestion pipelines are running correctly and flag any issues, helping maintain the integrity of our data operations.

  • Define and enforce data quality standards, implementing validation frameworks (where needed) and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex data issues, working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and commercial teams to resolve them.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the end-to-end automation of data collection and reporting processes, from scoping to delivery and iteration.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, building business cases and driving implementation.

  • Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to continuously evolve how we work.

Leadership & Partnering

  • Lead and develop a junior analyst, providing day-to-day guidance, reviews, and coaching (with scope to grow the team)

  • Support the Head of Financial Operations on strategic planning, resource management, and senior leadership reporting

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity

  • A scripting mindset. Python or similar is a plus, or a genuine appetite to pick it up

  • Proven ability to project manage technical workstreams, from requirements gathering through to delivery, using tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar

  • Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (scripting, complex formulas, automation)

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and document processes clearly

  • A solid understanding of data integrity, and their importance in a performance marketing environment

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of outcomes

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and data pipeline concepts

  • Previous experience in a scaling operations team where processes were being built or redesigned

  • Experience working in affiliate or performance marketing, or in a similarly data-intensive, regulated sector

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Market-Leading Training Programme

  • Recognition & Reward Scheme

  • Annual Company Conference (previous destinations: Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik, Thessaloniki)

  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches

  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
