This position can be hybrid from one of the following office locations: London, Munich, Dublin, Madrid, or Berlin.

In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our marketing strategies, aligning them seamlessly with sales objectives to propel business success. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be the cornerstone of our Go-to-market department, leveraging your expertise in analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic planning to ignite innovative marketing initiatives and foster robust collaboration with our Sales team.

 

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

 

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: You'll lead data-driven strategies within our Go-to-market framework, ensuring they resonate with our sales targets and organizational objectives.

  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: You're responsible for assessing campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI across various channels and regions.

  • Customer Segmentation and Personalization: You will execute advanced segmentation and collaborate with the GTM team for targeted marketing, boosting lead conversion and retention.

  • Trend Identification and Forecasting: Your role involves analyzing market trends, predicting future shifts, and offering competitive insights.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will mentor analysts and ensure cross-departmental cohesion, particularly with Sales and CX teams.

  • Report Generation and Presentation: You're tasked with creating and presenting reports that drive continuous improvement.

  • Budget Management: You oversee marketing KPI adjustments within our bi-annual budget review, ensuring alignment with financial and marketing goals.

 

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Experience:  4+ years in marketing analytics, with a leadership background.

  • Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of basic statistical models for business problem analysis.

  • Platform Familiarity: Skilled in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dreamdata, and Snowflake.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Experience in fostering a data-centric culture and making data-based decisions.

  • Analytical Mindset: Intellectual curiosity to delve into data, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex data insights for diverse stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Proactive problem-solving, focusing on impactful results and leveraging data insights for tangible improvements.
