We need a tech savvy leader who can navigate a complex systems landscape including NetSuite/SAP, as well as master the art of customer systems to align Charlotte Tilbury’s Supply Chain capabilities with customer requirements.

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager you will

  • Oversee the order management and fulfilment cycle, ensuring high “On Time, In Full” (OTIF) performance while minimising shortages and delivery discepancies
  • Integrate the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process through collaborative planning. Support SISO reviews and lead joint business planning sessions with commercial teams and customers to improve forecast accuracy and promotional execution, new channel/distribution gains with excellence
  • Facilitate cost optimisation by identifying and implementing cost to serve initiatives, such as pallet configurations, reduction of delivery penalties/discrepancies and streamlining the returns process
  • Customer at the Heart: transition the team from transactional order processing to a proactive, value added partnership model, implementing root cause analysis for any service failures
  • Analytical rigour: ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Leverage the ERP system and BI tools to develop insights for tracking Service KPIs, inventory health at retail and supply chain efficiency.
