The Senior Customer Project Manager within the Center of Excellence team is responsible for leading complex, high‑impact customer engagements to ensure predictable, timely, and outcome‑driven delivery.
Operating within complex customer/enterprise environments, the Senior Customer Project Manager ensures alignment across customer stakeholders, internal teams, and partners, translating ambiguity into structured plans, clear milestones, and aligned execution.

Operating within complex customer/enterprise environments, the Senior Customer Project Manager ensures alignment across customer stakeholders, internal teams, and partners, translating ambiguity into structured plans, clear milestones, and aligned execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end governance for strategic customer projects by establishing comprehensive plans and success criteria to ensure seamless delivery on time, on scope, and within budget.
- Rapidly master customer organizational structures to drive cross-functional alignment between stakeholders and internal teams, while facilitating seamless communication, decision-making, and escalation paths.
- Proactively identify all types of risks (scope, staffing, timeline, data, integrations, etc.) early and proactively mitigate them
- Implement mitigation strategies early to prevent escalations, minimise rework, and protect customer confidence.
- Champion operational excellence by documenting best practices and contributing to a central knowledge base to drive standardization and global repeatability
- Support refinement of estimation, scoping, and transition processes from pre-sales to delivery
- Ensure reduced time-to-value and time-to-go-live across COE-supported accounts.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own reusable add-ons roadmap and related products improvements,
What we look for
- You have 8+ years of experience in customer project management, program management, or delivery roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
- You have a strong understanding of modern SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and data‑driven systems.
- You have proven experience scoping and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder end-to-end customer implementations.
- You have experience working closely, and managing forward deployed engineering and technical teams, building and positioning reusable assets as well as actively contributing to the product roadmap.
- You have a customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented drive to ensure project success.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You write and speak French and English fluently.
