Drives and delivers product aligned customer learning driving adoption and value creation for FX and Money Market workflow globally.
 

ROLE PROFILE:

Remote work. The Customer Learning Manager serves as the financial markets & workflow experts at LSEG. On any given day you will be collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to design, update and coordinate customer facing training content suitable for live classes, videos and/or documents. You will become the face of our company for learning, often leading advanced level classes and covering market topics.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Identifies and builds a strategy for customer learning in FX and Money Markets for Sales & Trading community across various LSEG products (especially Workspace, Advanced Dealing, Matching and FXAll).
  • Shares knowledge and expertise in a timely manner by delivering in-depth and advanced learning and by coaching and mentoring other instructors
  • Build or enhance relevant learning paths, classroom materials & on demand learning videos
  • Coordinate/Coach/Support Associates delivering beginner level classes or CSMs covering non-English classes
  • Deliver advanced webinars and/or partner with internal experts on market topic webinars and drive all aspects from preparation to post session activities.
  • Review attendance stats, view rates & customer feedback. Adjusting your offering accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers and other partners to identify how to best engage relevant customer base
  • Support key programs & initiatives (e.g 90-day customer onboarding, customer certifications).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Fluency in English with clear pronunciation
  • Expert-level product & workflow expertise and strong industry knowledge, 5+ years markets experience preferred
  • Proven experience in training on LSEG/Refinitiv solutions and customer workflow expertise
  • Undergrad preferred or related, and ACI/CFA designation welcomed.
  • Strong presentation skills and knowledge of outcome-based learning
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
  • Enjoys coaching and elevating performance
  • Proactive, resourceful, attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills preferred as well on-line presentation software’s (i.e., WebEx, Teams)
  • Use of AI encouraged
