Senior CRM Executive

Our CRM team are now looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our team here at Harrods. The successful candidate will own and lead on multiple projects including segmentation, targeting, optimisation of our BAU calendar as well as on our overall Mobile strategy

About the Role

As the Senior CRM Executive you will support the CRM Manager to drive effective BAU and triggered communication strategies with a focus on Mobile channels (Push Notifications, SMSs and In-app personalisation).

You will also;

  • Own and lead on multiple projects including segmentation, targeting, optimisation of our BAU calendar as well as on our overall Mobile strategy
  • Work with our Personalisation team and our Lifecycle team to support on their roadmap and objectives
  • Identifying  new  opportunities  for  mobile  engagement  based  on  customer  insights  and emerging trends
  • Improve  relevancy/personalisation  of  all  email  through  different  content  or  appropriate customer segmentation and targeting including the use of new models
  • Monitor campaign responses and taking appropriate action to resolve issues

About You

You will have experience in owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel (Email, SMS, Push or Direct Mail) as well as campaign executions and segmentations. It is important that you have a familiarity with mobile communications and mobile apps, and how they integrate with CRM systems with a good understand of SPs and Google Analytics.

You will also have the following;

  • Ability to deliver reports/presentations to wider teams and higher stakeholders
  • Previous experience in project managing/highly organised to manage a busy calendar
  • Work well under pressure with quick turnaround times
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in an everchanging fast paced environment
