The Senior CRM Executive will lead customer communications, optimize automated journeys, and enhance CRM performance through data-driven insights and campaign management.
What we do. Electric Car Leasing
Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future.
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Senior CRM Executive to supercharge our customer communications. You’ll take the lead on building high-impact campaigns, optimising automated journeys, and driving meaningful engagement from prospective drivers. From crafting campaigns to shaping strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our CRM performance and delivering measurable results.
What you'll do
- Own the CRM content calendar - spotting opportunities, shaping weekly messaging, and ensuring our prospects receive timely, relevant communications.
- Bring campaigns to life by building, QA’ing, and deploying flawless emails and automated journeys.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance, working closely with the pricing team to deliver up-to-date EV specs, stats, and offers tailored to the right audience segments.
- Keep the engine running smoothly, coordinating timelines and workflows across design, procurement, sales, tech, and customer success.
- Measure what matters, reporting on KPIs like opens, clicks, opt-outs, and conversions to continuously improve performance.
- Turn insights into action, delivering clear post-campaign analysis and recommendations for ongoing optimisation to the Head of CRM and Head of Marketing and wider marketing team.
- Lead our test-and-learn roadmap, shaping hypotheses and experiments that refine segmentation, content, and performance. Sharing learnings and next steps with key stakeholders and wider marketing teams.
- Spot new opportunities, working with CRM and data leads to uncover new segments and define how best to engage them.
- Level up our automations, helping design, build, and refine prospect lifecycle programmes.
- Champion data quality and compliance, ensuring strong GDPR practices, clean segmentation and understanding of FCA compliance.
- Streamline how we work, improving processes, templates, and reporting to boost efficiency.
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms - ideally HubSpot, Ortto, or similar.
- Strong database management, segmentation, and journey mapping skills, with solid knowledge of GDPR best practice.
- Excellent communication skills: you need to write compelling briefs for copywriters to respond to and sub-edit content, and on occasion write copy from scratch.
- Data-driven in your approach: you have a strong understanding of performance metrics and how this relates to the content that you’re delivering. You’re extremely comfortable reporting results (using Excel/Google Sheets) and have a natural curiosity for data trends and performance insights.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset - you take ownership, managing multiple stakeholder expectations and keep momentum high.
- Adaptability: we work at a very fast pace so we need you to be collaborative, proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Why else you'll love it here
