Why loveholidays?
At loveholidays - we trailblaze together. We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers’ unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway. Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert - the smart way to get away.

We’re using progressive tech to drive cutting-edge innovation and open the world to everyone. Within our Commercial and Support teams, you'll find a place to accelerate your growth by actively seeking learning opportunities and carving your own path. You'll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams.

The impact you’ll have:

As our Senior CRM Executive, you will play a key role in delivering and improving CRM campaigns and customer journeys across our channels. You’ll be close to the detail of campaign build, journey optimisation and performance, with the opportunity to grow your ownership over time.

You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager, Head of CRM and wider Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to turn agreed customer opportunities and briefs into well-executed campaigns and journeys. You’ll help move us away from legacy campaign cycles by building reliable, increasingly automated lifecycle activity. We are looking for a thoughtful, high-velocity operator who can turn clear direction into accurate live journeys.
Your day-to-day:

  • You’ll build and maintain multi-channel automated journeys using branching logic, API triggers, and real-time data, working from agreed briefs and priorities.

  • Identify manual bottlenecks and support the implementation of AI-assisted workflows, using tools like n8n and Claude (training will be provided).

  • Use Braze to identify optimisation opportunities within your journeys and help make delivery faster, more accurate, and more consistent.

  • Provide hands-on campaign support to the wider team in deploying campaigns. You’ll ensure accurate execution through rigorous, increasingly automated QA processes.

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Engineering to deliver agreed workstreams and help create a frictionless experience from search to rebooking.

  • Monitor the performance of your campaigns and journeys. You’ll be comfortable using Looker to maintain reports, monitor health metrics, and surface actionable insights that support optimisation.

Your skillset:

  • You are a reliable operator who takes ownership of your assigned campaigns and journeys from brief through deployment. You ask the right questions, flag risks early, and deliver with consistency and precision.

  • You can move from a clear brief to deployment rapidly, maintaining high standards and following agreed processes.

  • You are naturally curious and look for practical ways to improve processes, reduce manual tasks, and make delivery more efficient.

  • You have experience with Looker, Tableau, or SQL, and BQ and confidence using data to monitor performance.

  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar. You should be comfortable with Liquid logic, audience segmentation and personalisation.

  • You are comfortable working with data models and propensity scores to support relevant segmentation and measure campaign impact.

  • The ability to work well across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, taking direction and communicating clearly to keep delivery on track.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting CRM activity across multiple international markets, including handling localisation, consent frameworks, and currency differences within automated journeys

  • Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools

  • Experience writing Liquid logic for content personalisation

  • Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or agentic tooling

  • Background in travel, marketplace, or another high-frequency transactional category

The interview journey:

  1. Meeting with a member of the Talent Acquisition team - 20 minutes

  2. Virtual Interview with Hiring Manager

  3. Final Stage interview in office presenting pre-determined task and a meeting a few stakeholders - 1 hour 30 mins

Perks of joining us:

  • Company pension contributions at 5%.

  • Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.

  • Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.

  • 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.

  • Ability to buy and sell annual leave.

  • Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.

At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams. And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.
