About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional writer and storyteller to help turn big ideas into content that gets Confirm noticed. Confirm is at an exciting point in its story. We’ve just launched a new brand, we’re building a new category around Workforce Enablement, and we have ambitious plans to become a much more visible, distinctive, and influential voice in the market. Now we need someone who can help us tell that story.

This is a senior, highly creative, hands-on role spanning some of our biggest brand and content priorities – from flagship research and thought leadership to customer stories, executive content, search and AI-optimised content, campaigns, events, social, PR, podcasts, video, and more. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Marketing team, subject-matter experts, customers, and senior leaders to find the stories worth telling and turn complex ideas, expertise, research, and real customer experiences into content people want to read, share, and act on.

Your work will help build Confirm’s authority around Workforce Enablement and the wider world of work, strengthen our visibility across search and AI, give our senior leaders stronger voices, and turn customer success into credible stories that show the impact we’re making. We’re not looking for someone to simply take briefs and fill a content calendar. We want someone curious, creative, and commercially minded who sees possibilities everywhere – someone who can look at a piece of research, a customer conversation, a search opportunity, or an emerging market trend and immediately start thinking about the stories we could tell. And because we’re an ambitious, fast-moving business, you won’t just come up with the ideas – you’ll get to make them happen.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Turning Confirm’s ideas, expertise, research, and customer stories into content that gets noticed and drives action.
  • Spending the majority of your time creating, while working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and senior leadership to uncover the stories and ideas worth telling.
  • Turning research, data, expert insight, and strong briefs into compelling long-form content – from flagship reports and industry guides to thought leadership, ebooks, and other high-impact pieces.

  • Working closely with subject-matter experts and the wider marketing team to make sure our biggest content pieces are distinctive and harmonious.

  • Building our visibility across traditional searches and emerging AI discovery.

  • Working closely with our Senior Brand & Content Lead and SEO consultant to write and optimise articles, guides, category content, and other long-form pieces around the topics our audiences are searching and asking AI about – without sacrificing quality or turning great writing into keyword copy.

  • Playing an important creative role in our biggest brand campaigns, research launches, events, announcements, and category-building activity

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex B2B topics accessible and engaging.
  • Comfortable to hit the ground running with a hands-on writing role, sitting outside strategy

  • Strong long-form writing capability, including research reports, thought leadership content, guides, articles/blogs, and other substantial content pieces.

  • A good understanding of SEO and AI discovery, and how to create content that gets found, surfaced, and cited – using search intent and topic targeting, clear structure and internal linking, question-led content, original research and expert insight, authoritative sources, strong topic signals, and clear, evidence-led answers that AI can easily understand and reference.

  • Excellent editorial judgment – able to find the strongest story, angle, headline, or narrative within research, data, expert insight, and source material.

  • The versatility to move confidently between long-form editorial content, customer stories, executive thought leadership, campaign copy, social content, video and podcast scripts, and other formats.

  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to draw compelling insights and stories from customers, executives, and subject-matter experts.

  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach – regularly bringing forward new ideas, formats, angles, and opportunities to the table.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great content supports brand awareness, authority, demand, and growth.

  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders, and teams across the business.

  • Significant professional experience in B2B content writing, journalism, editorial, brand storytelling, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience writing for senior business audiences

  • Experience interviewing customers, executives, or subject-matter experts and turning those conversations into compelling stories and content.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced in-house, agency, technology, or scale-up environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within B2B SaaS, with experience in HR, learning and development, employee experience, or the wider world of work a strong advantage.

  • Experience writing research-led reports or other flagship/tentpole content.

  • Experience developing executive thought leadership or ghostwriting for senior leaders.

  • Experience creating customer advocacy content and case studies.

  • Experience working across international markets, particularly the North America and UK/EU.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 23rd October 2026
