Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter and Project Manager to work with our EMEA marketing team, based out of our Galway or London office. In this dual-role position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our local marketing initiatives to success by overseeing projects and crafting compelling copy that resonates with our target audience in EMEA across UK/I, FR & BENELUX and DACH regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong blend of project management and copywriting skills. Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, websites, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and product descriptions.
- Develop clear and concise messaging that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences and EMEA market trends, incorporating insights into copywriting strategies.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry policies, tools and best practices related to email copywriting, ensuring compliance and leveraging the latest techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct regular content audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team and localisation agency to support on regionalised content.
Requirements/Skills
- 5 years of demonstrated expertise in crafting persuasive copy that generates high conversion rates
- Understanding of messaging and segmentation across audience
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, demonstrating excellent project management skills
- Understanding of marketing automation technology is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights, with SEO experience.
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
Additional favourable requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- GRC industry knowledge and/or experience
- Familiarity with Marketo, AI Tools such as Anyword
