About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Programs Manager to own Legora's webinar and digital events program globally. This is the person who turns a scattered calendar of one-off webinars into a set of formats people show up for on purpose recurring series, seasonal programs and digital moments that build an audience over time.

Half of this role is production and operations: run of show, platform, speaker prep, rehearsal, promotion timeline, follow-up. The other half is programming: deciding what we should be making, who should be on it, what the format actually is, and why a partner at a global law firm would give us forty-five minutes of their day.

You will be based in the US and own the program across all markets, working closely with Brand, Product Marketing, International Marketing, Growth Marketing and Sales. You will run a lot of live moments and you will care as much about the third one as the first.

As part of an AI-native company, you will use AI tools throughout research, briefing, editing, repurposing, reporting to move faster without dropping the quality bar.

What You’ll Do
  • Program ownership. Own Legora's global webinar and digital events program end to end: what we run, how often, for whom, and for what purpose. Set the roadmap, make the trade-offs, and ship it.

  • Format design. Design serial content formats that earn a return audience series, roundtables, live product moments, recurring shows. Kill what isn't working and double down on what is.

  • Production & run of show. Own production from brief to broadcast: platform setup, technical rehearsal, run of show, live moderation support, contingency planning. Nothing goes live unrehearsed.

  • Speaker & guest experience. Source, brief and prepare internal and external speakers, including senior client-side guests. Make every participant feel well-looked-after.

  • Promotion & audience growth. Own the promotional plan for each programme with Growth Marketing and International Marketing invitation sequences, landing pages, partner and social distribution and grow quality registration and attendance over time.

  • Content afterlife. Treat every live moment as a content supply chain. Turn each session into additional content and sales-ready assets that fuels campaigns.

  • Systems & operations. Own the tooling and operating model behind the program - webinar platform, marketing automation, CRM handoff, asset management and improve how it runs each quarter.

  • Measurement. Define what good looks like for the program: registration, attendance, engagement, qualified pipeline influenced. Read the data to make decisions, not just to report, and bring recommendations rather than observations.

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Keep Brand, Product Marketing, International Marketing, Growth and Sales clear on what is coming, what is needed from them and when. Land alignment without escalation.

  • AI-enabled workflows. Use AI to compress the unglamorous parts — research, briefing, transcripts, repurposing, reporting — and reinvest the time in programming and quality.

What You Bring
  • You are an operator who happens to think like a programmer. You can run a flawless live session and also tell us which sessions we should stop running.

  • You are calm under live conditions. Things go wrong on the day and you have a plan, a backup and a steady voice.

  • You are structured and forward-planning by default. Timelines, dependencies and owners are clear well before anyone has to ask.

  • You have taste. You know the difference between a webinar that fills a slot and one people forward to a colleague, and you push for the second.

  • You are comfortable with senior stakeholders, internally and client-side, and people enjoy being on your productions.

  • You are commercially minded. You understand that this programme exists to build audience and pipeline, and you can show its contribution.

  • Experience. 5+ years running webinars, virtual events or serial digital content programs, ideally in B2B, SaaS or a complex enterprise environment.

  • Production craft. Hands-on production and operations experience — run of show, technical setup, rehearsal, live moderation. You have personally run the show, not just booked it.

  • Programming instinct. A track record of designing formats and series rather than executing one-offs, with evidence of audience growth over time.

  • Platform fluency. Confident across webinar and streaming platforms, marketing automation and CRM, and clear on how registration, attendance and follow-up data flow between them.

  • Cross-functional execution. Experience pulling together contributions from brand, product marketing, demand generation and sales into a single coherent programme.

  • Measurement. Comfortable defining and reporting on engagement and pipeline-influence metrics, and using them to change what you make next.

  • AI-native. You use AI tools as a matter of course and look for where they can take work off the critical path.

What’s In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision

    • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

    • Dental plans via MetLife

    • Vision plans via Vision Care

    Family Support

    • Generous parental leave

    • Free access to Maven Clinic

    • Dependent Care FSA

    • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

    Additional Perks

    • Pre-tax commuter benefits

    • Life Insurance + STD/LTD

    • 401(K) with generous company match

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more
