Location: Europe (Remote)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Content Marketing, EMEA to establish and scale content programs that support ServiceChannel’s growth across key European markets. This is the first dedicated content marketing role focused on Europe and will play a foundational role in shaping how we show up in the region.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and regional execution. You will work closely with European sales, account, customer success, and operations leaders, people who deeply understand local customers, languages, and buying dynamics, and translate those insights into content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’ll report to the Senior Director of European Marketing and work closely with the Senior Director of Brand & Content Marketing.

You’ll be responsible for building three motions: regionally targeted content creation, scalable content localization, and brand awareness building through social media and other organic channels.

This role is foundational to ServiceChannel’s international growth. If you enjoy building new processes, influencing strategy, and seeing your work directly impact pipeline and brand presence in new markets, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility.

What You’ll Do

1. Build a Scalable Localization & Translation Motion

  • Own the localization strategy for European markets across priority languages (currently five).
  • Go beyond direct translation by adapting messaging to regional needs, buying drivers, and cultural context.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and/or vendors to create a repeatable, efficient localization workflow.
  • Ensure localized content aligns with global brand standards while feeling authentic and relevant locally.
  • Prioritize and manage localization efforts across website content, demand assets, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.

2. Create Regionally Targeted, Engagement-Driving Content

  • Partner with the Director of Demand Generation (Europe) and regional Sales leads to identify priority personas, accounts, and pipeline needs.
  • Research regional industries, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics to inform content strategy.
  • Develop content across formats( blogs, ebooks, case studies, videos, social posts, landing pages) that moves prospects through the funnel.
  • Craft messaging that is not just informative, but differentiated, engaging, and memorable, aligned with our brand voice and product positioning
  • Work closely with sales and account teams to ensure content supports real conversations happening in-market.
  • Tailor messaging to different stages of the buyer journey to improve conversion and nurture results.
  • Analyze and optimize performance to ensure meaningful impact

3. Build Brand Awareness Through Owned and Organic Channels

  • Help establish ServiceChannel’s brand presence in key European markets without relying heavily on incremental budget.
  • Partner with Social Media Manager to extend reach in relevant channels for target regions
  • Leverage existing global programs, content, and platforms and adapt them for regional impact.
  • Curate engaging content and help scale thought leadership for European sales and account leaders on LinkedIn.
  • Identify and activate regional communities, forums, events, and peer networks where social proof and credibility matter.

4. Collaborate Globally and Regionally

  • Act as the content marketing lead for Europe within the global Brand & Content team.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based Brand, Content, Social, and Creative Services teammates.
  • Serve as a bridge between global strategy and regional execution, advocating for European needs while maintaining consistency.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on creation and execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise solutions
  • Experience building or scaling content programs in Europe
  • Strong understanding of localization vs. translation, and how to operationalize it at scale
  • Proven ability to create content that supports demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Experience working with account-based marketing a plus
  • Comfort working in lean, fast-moving environments with limited budget
  • Excellent storytelling, messaging, and editorial judgment
  • Experience collaborating with sales, demand gen, and regional stakeholders
  • Fluency in English required; business proficiency in two languages from our target regions (Italian, French, German and Spanish) preferred
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
