BUSINESS & DATA REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS: Partners with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and decision needs; translates business questions into clear analytical requirements, hypotheses, and data needs.• DATA COLLECTION & ADVANCED ANALYSIS: Captures, processes, prepares, and analyzes complex datasets to generate actionable insights; develops and maintains automated and scalable data models and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & VALUE TRANSLATION: Builds strong relationships with business and functional partners to understand priorities, communicate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure analytical outputs directly support strategic and operational goals.• REPORTING, DASHBOARDS & VISUALIZATION: Designs, builds, and maintains reports and dashboards using appropriate tools; translates complex data and analysis into clear, intuitive visualizations and narratives tailored to business audiences.• STATISTICAL & DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS: Applies statistical techniques and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, drivers, and anomalies; supports root-cause analysis, forecasting, and scenario evaluation using analytical and programming tools.• COLLABORATION: Works closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions in partnership with digital technology and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.• DECISION SUPPORT & INSIGHT GENERATION: Conducts deep-dive analyses to support business cases, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives; provides fact-based recommendations and quantifies business impact, risks, and opportunities.• PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & STANDARDIZATION: Identifies opportunities to improve business processes, data flows, and reporting practices; defines and implements standard methodologies for data management, analytics, and insight delivery.• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology, Data Engineering, and Product teams, to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise standards.• DATA & ANALYTICS LITERACY ENABLEMENT: Coaches and advises business users to improve data literacy and analytical maturity; promotes effective data consumption, self-service analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.
