We are looking for a motivated Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing, to join our rapidly expanding group.
Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals
- Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients
- Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelines
- Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking
- Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databases
- Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
- Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail
Education and Experience
- ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification
- Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development principles
- Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous
- Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis
