The role requires collaboration with clients, local authorities, surveyors, analysts, and finance professionals while ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines, GDPR, and company policies.

Build and deliver full-stack applications with generative AI and agentic capabilities. Collaborate with engineers, business professionals, clients, and end users to identify valuable AI use cases, design solutions, develop and test software, deploy applications, and iterate based on feedback. Write maintainable code, apply sound engineering judgment, evaluate AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to reliable enterprise workflows using APIs, retrieval, databases, and AI integrations.

Support growth and delivery of the UK Transfer Pricing practice by preparing TP documentation (Local/Master Files), performing economic benchmarking, advising on thin capitalisation and intercompany financing, assisting business development, drafting technical reports, and managing client communications.

Support European acquisition integrations by coordinating data collection, validation and transfer into Salesforce and other systems; maintain trackers, resolve data issues, communicate with stakeholders, document actions, and improve repeatable processes including exploring automation opportunities.

Lead a tax technology practice to meet revenue targets by managing projects, teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Oversee implementation and configuration of enterprise tax automation software, support business development, mentor staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality of tax technology solutions.
