We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior internal communications professional to join Swift’s team in London, UK.

Working in collaboration with experts around the globe, you’ll be joining a team of like-minded individuals who want to deliver real impact. You’ll support the team in driving culture change across the business and finding innovative ways to raise awareness of our company strategy and priorities, globally. This role will require a background in internal communications and content development.

Key responsibilities

  • Internal communications strategy and planning: produce, manage and deliver communications strategy and multi-channel campaigns which help inform, engage and drive culture change across the organisation.
  • Strategic advisor: advise management on communication approaches and change management best practices
  • Change management: implement change management activities for transformation initiatives across the organisation with a focus on culture and behaviour.
  • Content creation: write and edit content (articles, news, blogs and posts) on internal channels such as our intranet, narrowcast and email, and produce multi-channel communications (including narrowcast and videos).
  • Multi-channel communications: devise new, creative forms of communication and concepts to increase management-employee connections, raise and maintain staff engagement and highlight specific culture-related topics.
  • Events: organise and run internal events from concept to delivery including networking gatherings and digital events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external communications colleagues to ensure cohesive messaging and promote the company's initiatives and goals.
  • Multi-tasking: Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in communications with a focus on internal communications, content development and change management.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for the intended audience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Solid experience in planning and organising, with the ability to focus on the task at hand and deliver on time.
  • Open-minded, solutions-oriented, flexible and able to work cross-culturally
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and with executive management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Understanding of financial and technology markets, and Swift-related business areas is an advantage
  • Experience in cultural and behavioral change campaigns also an advantage.
