The Role
Quantum is looking for a Senior Commercial Insights Analyst to play a central role in informing key decisions across the business during an exciting period of growth. You'll sit within the Commercial Insights team, responsible for delivering vital analysis and insights, and working with teams across the business to scope, build, and roll out a range of strategic initiatives.
This role partners closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and product teams to provide robust analysis, reporting, and recommendations that support growth, improve performance, and contribute to long term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Audit and optimise the data landscape, evaluate existing dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that reduce time-to-insight across recurring outputs
Own commercial performance reporting, establish and maintain baseline KPIs across customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, delivering clear, structured reporting to commercial and marketing stakeholders
Generate customer and cohort insights, conduct in depth behavioural analysis, including cohort and LTV modelling, to surface retention opportunities and inform customer strategy
Build segmentation and targeting models, develop demographic and behavioural segmentation frameworks that are actively adopted into marketing campaigns, with performance tracked pre and post implementation
Develop predictive and forecasting models, build data informed models to forecast channel performance and customer value, maintaining accuracy targets against actual outcomes
Translate insight into commercial action, work cross functionally with marketing and commercial teams to ensure analytical output directly influences decisions, maintaining a documented insight to action audit trail
Manage and evolve the analytical opportunity pipeline, maintain a prioritised register of analytical initiatives ranked by commercial impact, contributing to and supporting delivery of the broader Commercial Insights roadmap
Act as a strategic analytics partner - present findings to senior leadership, contribute to board level reporting, and serve as a trusted resource for data informed decision making across the business
About You
Degree in a maths or science based subject
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid hands-on experience with analytics and data tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, and a strong understanding of SQL
Commercially minded and data informed, with a genuine interest in applying testing, research, and analytics to support and justify business decisions
Experience working with marketing data across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels - ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment
Organised and self directed, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment
Technically confident and analytically strong, with experience navigating large, complex datasets and turning them into clear, actionable insights
Collaborative and communicative, with excellent written and verbal English skills and a natural ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
