The difference you’ll make

Your day-to-day:

  • Act as a trusted financial co-pilot to leadership teams, providing insightful analysis, commercial evaluation, and constructive challenge to drive optimal business outcomes.

  • Understand and translate performance drivers, connecting operational metrics with trading performance to deliver actionable insights and commercial recommendations.

  • Build influential relationships across business functions, embedding yourself to become the go-to expert for financial matters, deal structuring, and strategic negotiations.

  • Develop and own robust financial frameworks for major investment initiatives, managing the process from initial financial due diligence and business case preparation through to post-investment review.

  • Evaluate risk and build business cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure commercial arrangements and present recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Establish tracking and performance reporting to monitor capital deployment against budget, evaluate deal performance, and measure overall strategy effectiveness.

Your skillset:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in commercial finance or FP&A.

  • Demonstrable success in a commercial finance business partnering or FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience working with high volumes of complex data with the aptitude to distil granular detail and convey simple, clear insights to stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on the challenge of building out new processes and capabilities in a 'greenfield' setting.

  • Clear understanding of key profitability levers, commercial deal structures, and financial governance.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence, support, and constructively challenge senior non-finance leaders.
