What We're Looking For:

Are you a strategic commercial finance professional who excels at influencing business decisions and driving profitable growth?

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner directly with our Senior Sales Vice Presidents and regional commercial leadership teams. In this role, you will be the primary financial co-pilot to the sales organisation - translating data, pipeline health, and P&L performance into actionable commercial strategies.

This position focuses entirely on getting actionable insights on actual Sales performance, forward-looking commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, team leadership, and executive-level decision support.

This position operates on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). We are currently based in Bourne End and will be moving to modern offices in Maidenhead next year, so applicants should ensure both sites are easily commutable. Occasional European and international travel will be required (approx. 6–8 trips annually).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Senior Sales Leaders - challenge assumptions, identify market risks and opportunities, and help shape commercial initiatives to accelerate sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Lead in-depth analytics on revenue, gross margin, sales pipeline, and market dynamics. Transform complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
  • Drive dynamic revenue forecasting, outlook modelling, and scenario planning across matrixed regional business units.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Sales Finance Analysts, coaching them in analytical rigour, commercial acumen, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build dynamic financial models and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to give commercial teams real-time visibility into performance.
  • Continually refine commercial planning frameworks and analytics to free up resources for high-value strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales finance (ideally within a multinational or matrix environment), whether as an established finance manager or an experienced senior analyst ready for the next step.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate ambiguous commercial challenges.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience utilising modern BI tools (Power BI preferred).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A CIMA, ACCA, or ACA professional qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to distil complex numbers into compelling stories for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or Eastern European languages) is an advantage for our regional stakeholder network.

Benefits:

  • 25 days of vacation
  • Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online
  • Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments
  • Annual bonuses based on financial results
  • Yearly salary increases according to individual performance
  • Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra
  • Pension Scheme with a matched contribution up to 7%
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • Access to an innovative online learning platform
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 15% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
