A Senior Client Partner is accountable for orchestrating the relationship, success, and revenue growth of Gaming & Entertainment accounts. This role requires a blend of executive presence, adaptability, and leadership to drive cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Revenue Growth & Targets/KPI’s

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within your portfolio to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.

  • Responsible for developing and driving growth in the Turkish gaming market.

Account Management & Customer Obsession

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each studio's needs, pain points, projects, roadmap, and monetisation plans — serving as the internal voice of the studio and positioning Unity as a strategic long-term partner.

  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships across all levels of client organisations, from development teams through C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Ensure consistent, proactive engagement with your priority accounts through virtual, on-site, and industry events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence

What we're looking for

  • Deep empathy for developers and a genuine curiosity about how games are made and how Unity's products create value.

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales or strategic account management, ideally within the gaming, technology, or developer tools space.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with demonstrated success managing revenue growth in a portfolio.

  • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Native Turkish speaker, with a strong knowledge of the gaming market in Türkiye.

You might also have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari
