What you’ll do 

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, clearly communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and support new business pursuits.
  • Develop clear, compelling project proposals, scopes of work and presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across Landor to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget and on scope, constructively addressing any work that is off brief or requires refinement.
  • Lead regular client status calls, manage reporting and communicate findings and recommendations clearly across written, verbal and presentation formats.
  • Ensure all client-facing correspondence, materials, proposals and presentations are accurate, relevant, high quality and reflective of Landor’s brand.
  • Partner with resource management and Business or Client Directors to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and aligned with scope and budget.
  • Work with Client Leaders to resolve pricing, payment and scope-management challenges.
  • Partner with Finance to manage reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheets, budgets, forecasts and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate archives of key client deliverables, credentials and case studies.

 

What you’ll need 

 

  • Experience in a similar role within a brand consultancy, advertising agency , business consultancy or similar
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to brand manager level
  • Excellent project management and relationship building skills, but respectful of and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strategic thinker – confident when inputting into strategic creative work, through the lens of the client’s brief, enabling them to input and recommend clear next steps and actions
  • Appetite for understanding the Landor offer, for new information, new business and new ideas
  • Financially savvy – can articulate and understand financial goals for the business and for team members
  • Capable of motivating and encouraging junior team members
