Lead conceptual and visual design for medium- to large-scale branding projects across digital, print, and experiential channels. Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems, collaborate with clients and internal teams, present creative concepts, support production, mentor junior designers, and contribute to innovative design strategies. The role requires strong branding expertise, cross-platform design capability, and comfort using emerging AI tools.

Develop brand and design concepts across identity, packaging, retail, digital, social, and campaign touchpoints. Build visual systems, toolkits, and guidelines; collaborate with senior creatives, strategists, clients, and production partners; present and refine work; manage project deadlines; and support pitches and new business. Apply accessibility, sustainability, legal, regulatory, and production considerations while using emerging and AI-enabled tools responsibly.

Leads strategic client relationships, account growth, business development, proposals, project teams, and financial management for brand transformation engagements. Builds partnerships with senior marketing and communications leaders, expands client accounts, facilitates strategic and creative work, manages contracts, budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and scope, and coaches client services teams. Requires strong consultancy experience, strategic thinking, presentation skills, financial acumen, project leadership, and relationship-building ability.

Supports client service teams with project coordination, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation, client communications, status reporting, invoicing, meetings, and travel arrangements. Helps ensure client-facing materials are accurate and on-brand, interprets briefs, coordinates creative and production workflows, and tracks amends and delivery. Requires strong organization, time management, stakeholder coordination, project management skills, and interest in branding and creative work.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts for a brand consultancy, serving as a trusted client partner and identifying growth opportunities. Develop proposals, scopes, presentations, and reporting; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee client communications, resourcing, financial tracking, invoicing, forecasting, and revenue management while supporting new business and mentoring junior team members.

The Senior Designer will lead the design vision for projects, collaborate with team members, manage client interactions, and ensure design integrity throughout all project phases.

Lead new-business and strategic growth for Landor: manage full pitch lifecycle, qualify inbound leads, build cross-disciplinary pitch teams, negotiate commercial terms, and partner with WPP networks to drive revenue and pipeline. Use research, competitive analysis, and AI tools to craft compelling proposals and support forecasting and growth planning.

Lead strategy for retail and spatial projects by researching consumer behaviour, mapping end-to-end customer journeys, partnering with designers and architects, creating persuasive presentations and briefs, mentoring junior staff, and using AI tools to accelerate insights and inform buildable, immersive brand experiences.
