We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Manager with our awesome team in Melbourne to support one of Australia's leading health insurance brands. 

 
The role: 
As Senior Client Manager, you will play a key role in leading one of dentsu's most established and strategically important client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of large-scale media and content partnerships, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver against client objectives. 

This is a highly visible role within a complex account environment, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and enjoys building strong relationships across clients, publishers, creative agencies and internal specialist teams. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of integrated media and content partnerships across key publisher and media partners. 

  • Manage multiple high-profile partnerships concurrently, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media owners, publishers and creative agency partners. 

  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for the client, leading implementation across offline channels and working closely with digital specialists for an holistic recommendation delivery. 

  • Manage media plans, campaign channel set up and provide delivery oversight with the support of the team (Investment Manager, Client Executive and Senior Client Director) 

  • Monitor budgets, planned and actual spends, maintaining accuracy for financial reconciliations, ensuring strong commercial management across all activity. 

  • Data management and upload of media mix modelling spends by channel; experience preferred but not essential 

  • Solidify the relationship with client and agency village through exceptional account service and partnership management. 

A bit about you: 

  • Approximately 4-5 years’ experience within a media agency, publisher or partnership-focused environment. 

  • Proven implementation experience across offline media channels and digital partnerships exposure 

  • Understanding of how editorial content, branded content and media partnerships work together to deliver client outcomes. 

  • Collaborative in nature and able to work cohesively in an extended agency village  

  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, forecasting and financial processes. 

  • Strong understanding of OOH media, alongside experience in digital partnerships. 

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
