What You'll Be Doing:

  • Bring integrated media strategies to life across TV, OOH, audio, partnerships and digital channels, connecting media thinking to real business impact.

  • Turn business challenges into smart, commercially-driven recommendations that fuel both brand growth and retail performance.

  • Take campaigns from brief to launch and beyond, ensuring every execution lands with impact and delivers against objectives.

  • Play a key role in developing emerging talent, helping build a supportive, high-performing team culture.

A bit about you:

  • You bring solid planning expertise across TV, OOH, audio and integrated media, and understand how channels work together to drive impact.

  • You've built a strong agency career and know how to turn media strategy into tangible business results.

  • You bring valuable experience in managing, coaching, and developing junior team members, and prioritise building a great team culture

  • You're confident leading client conversations, navigating stakeholders and building trusted relationships.

  • You're commercially savvy, detail-oriented and comfortable managing budgets, forecasting and campaign delivery.

  • You're just as comfortable getting stuck into a challenging brief as you are presenting a recommendation that gets clients excited.

  • Most importantly, you're hungry to work on ambitious campaigns, solve big business challenges and create work that stands out.

If you're excited by bold ideas, big moments and the chance to create work that people actually notice, apply now!

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best Us' Policy

  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change

  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way

  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University

For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities.
