We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Executive with our awesome team in Melbourne. 

The role: 

As a Senior Client Executive, you will play a key role in delivering integrated media campaigns across offline channels with some digital exposure. You’ll be responsible for both the end-to-end campaign management and the implementation and buying of media activity, ensuring campaigns are executed in line with strategy and deliver against booked parameters. 

Working closely with the Client Director, you will support client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and contribute to planning, optimisation, and reporting. You’ll also help mentor junior team members while continuing to develop your own leadership and commercial skills. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing through to post-campaign analysis 

  • Execute and oversee media buying and implementation across offline channels (OOH, Radio, TV, Print) 

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement 

  • Support client management, including day-to-day communication and building trusted relationships 

  • Prepare and deliver campaign reporting, including post-analysis, final buys, and performance insights 

  • Stay up to date with the media landscape, tools, and emerging trends 

  • Support the management of specs, bookings, and operational processes 

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring strong output and operational excellence 

A bit about you: 

  • Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape, particularly across offline channels 

  • Solid groundwork in media implementation, buying, and optimisation 

  • Strong relationships with media partners and ability to drive outcomes through collaboration 

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action 

  • Confident communicator who can build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously 

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring and developing others 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 2.5+ years of experience in a media agency or publisher environment with hands-on campaign delivery 

  • Familiarity with tools such as: Roy Morgan, MOVE, Post Matching, Audiology, Nielsen 

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
