The Role

As Senior Campaign Manager, you will help deliver campaigns across the dna ecosystem with consistency, care and a strong eye for quality. This role is about making complex campaign delivery feel seamless — coordinatinginternal and external stakeholders , process and detail to ensure seamless activation.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work with brands, retailers, creative, product, operations and measurement teams to deliver campaigns from briefing to completion, and help build scalable processes and operation models to continually improve delivery and maintain high standards..

  • Own end-to-end delivery of dna campaigns, including campaign setup, activation and in-flight management to ensure delivery against agreed budgets and targets
  • Ensure campaign readiness and execution, validating assets, formats, tracking and policy compliance, while coordinating brands, internal teams and retailers to deliver campaigns on time
  • Own campaign status and issue resolution, maintaining clear visibility on delivery, resolving problems and escalating where required
  • Own quality assurance and campaign documentation so delivery is consistent and compliant throughout the process
  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and simplify delivery across repeat campaign activity
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple campaigns and parallel workstreams, adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of work beyond core campaign management where required
  • Help scale a significant new entry in market.

What We're Looking For

You are operationally strong, highly organised and have proven experience  keeping multiple threads moving at once. You notice the details others miss, and you know that campaign delivery is built on consistency, accuracy, pace and follow-through.

  • You’ve delivered digital ad campaigns end to end and understand what it takes to keep quality high when timelines are tight
  • You bring strong coordination skills and know how to keep external and internal teams aligned without creating unnecessary complexity.
  • You’re rigorous on detail, especially where documentation, QA and delivery accuracy matter most
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoy improving process and can see where small changes can drive efficiency and improve ways of working
  • You’re interested in retail media and motivated by the chance to help shape and build an industry leading proposition
  • Strong understanding and experience across retailers, inventory and audience partners.

What you can expect from us

We won’t just meet your expectations. We’ll defy them. So you’ll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you’d expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal flexibility you might not expect.  Plus, thoughtful perks, like flexible working hours and your birthday off.

You’ll also benefit from an investment in cutting-edge technology that reflects our global ambition. But with a nimble, small-business feel that gives you the freedom to play, experiment and learn.

And we don’t just talk about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with thriving networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Proud, dh Family, dh One, dh Enabled and dh Thrive as the living proof.  We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine and perform at your best throughout our recruitment process.
